Absolutely. You maintain autonomy while accessing shared resources and opportunities.
What's the time commitment?
Flexible engagement allows you to participate based on your availability and interests. Your only commitment is to attend initial discovery meetings scheduled from your warm network (approx 15-20min each), and any meetings tied to scopes of work you land.
How quickly can I see revenue?
Members often secure new opportunities or referral revenue within their first 60-90 days. Longer term Enterprise Engagements that require teams but have much higher revenue for members typically take a bit longer.
Is there a long term commitment?
No. The $250 Membership fee is month to month with no long term commitment. Cancel or pause at anytime.
Do I have to reduce my pay rates?
No. Each consultant reviews and prices the scopes of work they go on- you set your own rates. VAI makes
money by marking up the final scope of work that is delivered to the client.

We reward referrals with a share of revenue. If we win business on any referrals you send our way we will pay you 10% of our net revenue.

Yes! Many of our most successful projects are led by pods - small teams (think 3-5 consultants) along with a dedicated Managing Director.
